Mindfulness Classes, Retreats and One-to-One Sessions
I believe everyone can learn how to meditate and that mindfulness can greatly enhance wellbeing, reduce stress and anxiety. Many scientific studies have confirmed this. I have been teaching mindfulness for over ten years, mostly to performers and musicians as part of their vocal or stage training. For the past five years, (since relocating to London from the US), I have been teaching mindfulness to the general public. I acquired many of my skills through my personal mindfulness practice and teaching experience, but have recently finished a training with Mindfulness UK under Karen Atkinson. I teach online and in-person mindfulness classes. I adhere to the BAMBA (British Association of Mindfulness Based Approaches) good-practice guidelines. I am also a second-degree Reiki practitioner (Usui method) and a professional mezzo-soprano. I love working with people and accompanying them on their journey – in any setting.

Silent Retreat (Online) Saturday, January 16, 2021, 4-7pm UTC
Three-hour silent retreat day. Recommended for graduates of the MBSR course, but open to all. Experience longer mindfulness practices in the comfort of your home in friendly silence and community.
Eight-Week Online MBSR Course Starting January 13, 2021 – Wednesdays 6-8pm UTC
Authorised Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course taught by The Mindful Singer. Based on the course developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn and scientifically proven to reduce stress and anxiety and improve wellbeing.
